Please note that appointment times are booked exclusively for you. We respectfully request notification of at least 48 hours if you are unable to attend for your appointment, so that we can offer the slot to another client who needs help. Please note that any cancellations made within 48 hours of your agreed appointment time will incur a 50% consultation fee charge. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the agreed appointment, or non-attendance on the day, will incur the full session fee. Reachout Therapy also reserves the right to cancel further sessions where clients consistently cancel their appointments.
